That is why we believe in education and offer training courses for all levels. Courses divided into modules cross comprehensively the entire world of additive. Analyzing all technologies, which are treated technically in every aspect, and the materials that can be processed in each technology. We also offer a comprehensive overview of the principal manufacturers pushing the markets and the machines we consider to date the most competitive and cutting-edge. Providing clear and comparative sheets of these, indicating the principal performance and features of the machines currently on the market; technical characteristics, performance, speed, maturity index and usability, are just some of the parameters that allow us to always unbiasedly evaluate the machines and their manufacturers. Next, we offer an analysis of preprocessing, i.e., the steps before and during machine commissioning: from optimized positioning, generation and correction .STL files for slicing and predictive analysis of the component on the machine. To get to post-processing, where all the main post-processing and surface-finishing operations of the 3Dprinted parts to obtain a finished component are addressed in detail. In addition, at the heart of the course, we propose an in-depth section on DfAM and everything related to design for AM, to get a better understanding of how to exploit the potential of these technologies. Finally, the quality part is covered which includes all the notions concerning process control during and after Printing to obtain a compliant, repeatable and standard component.
